Authority to Leave
By accepting our terms and conditions when checking out, you are giving Living Gifts by Fiona the authority to leave the gift you ordered in a suitable place if no one is at the premises of the delivery address given by yourself, and accepts the gift. If there is no suitable place, we will return the gift to Living Gifts by Fiona’s premises and contact you to make other arrangements. There will be a $15 fee for redelivery which must be paid before re-delivery is made.
Orders placed will be delivered the next working day or on the date, you requested giving 24 hours’ notice. We cannot guarantee a specific time—no Same day deliveries.
If there is no one to accept the delivery, it will be left at the front door in a safe spot. Please note when there are high temperatures the gifts need to be taken as soon as possible to maintain their quality.
If there is no such place for the gift to be left, you will be contacted about this and the gift shall be returned. If the gift is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or inaccessibility, it also will be returned and you will be contacted.
